For Custom Designs

If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

  1. Scope of Work: We offer graphic design services to our clients. Our services include but are not limited to, logo design, branding, print design, and digital designs

  2. Payment Terms: Payment total can be divided into three installments max and is due at the end of each month.  A deposit of 25 – 50% of the total project cost is required before work can commence. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Late payment will result in a late payment penalty of 5% of the total project cost per week. No payment within 2 weeks of late payment will result in a bill from the Incasso bureau 

  3. Deliverables Terms: Deliverables are released after full payment is made. 

  4. Ownership and Usage Rights: Upon receipt of final payment, ownership and usage rights of the final designs will be transferred to the client. We retain the right to use the designs for promotional purposes in our portfolio and on our website.

  5. Revisions and Approvals: We provide a maximum of three rounds of revisions per design. Additional revisions will be charged at our hourly rate. The client will have three business days to review and approve each design. Failure to provide feedback within this timeframe will be deemed as approval.

  6. Delivery and Timelines: We will provide an estimated timeline for completion of each project. This is subject to change based on the client’s feedback and approval process.

  7. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure: We will not disclose any confidential information provided by the client, including but not limited to, business plans, marketing strategies, financial information, and personal information.

  8. Termination: Either party may terminate the project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for all services provided up to the termination date. 

  9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with the Dutch Civil court

For Templates

By accessing our website and purchasing our template designs, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. License: Our template designs are sold under a non-exclusive, non-transferable license. This means that you cannot resell or redistribute our designs or claim ownership of them. You may use the designs for personal or commercial use, but you may not resell them as templates or use them as a basis for creating your own designs to sell.

  2. Payment: We accept payment through our secure payment system. Payment is required before you can download our template designs. We do not offer refunds, except in cases where there is a technical issue with the download.

  3. All designs and templates sold on our website are the exclusive property of our company and are protected by copyright laws. We permit you to modify our designs to suit your specific needs and preferences. However, any modifications made to our designs do not affect our ownership of the original design, and you are not permitted to distribute or sell any modified designs without our written permission. Any unauthorized use of our designs will be subject to legal action. 
  4. Liability: We make every effort to ensure that our template designs are free from errors and viruses, but we cannot guarantee this. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages that result from your use of our template designs, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data.
  5. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate this license agreement at any time, without notice, if you breach any of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using our template designs and destroy any copies you have made.

  6. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or the sale of our products will be resolved through the Dutch Civil court
